Bristol has many sought-after and affluent areas and, thanks to its growing population, there is no shortage of homeowners looking to move in.
With their large, detached homes and leafy neighborhoods, many have garnered the title of being a ‘posh’ area in the city with property prices in some of these locations reaching upwards of £1million. The city also has a reputation for being one of the best places to live outside of London, particularly for young people, which has also contributed to outsiders making Bristol their home in recent years.
Bristol World has put together 10 areas with the reputation of being some of Bristol’s ‘poshest’ neighbourhoods and measured the average property price in the last year, whether it has risen since the pandemic and the average price for flats, terraced, semi and fully detached homes.
