Teenager in hospital after stabbing in Bristol park

A teenage boy has been taken to hospital after reports of a stabbing at a Bristol park.

Police were called to reports of an attack at Little Stoke Playing Fields at 7.10pm last night (Wednesday, February 7).

The injured boy was taken to hospital although his injuries are not thought to be life-threatening or life-changing. His family have been informed by officers.

Police officers attended the reported stabbing alongside paramedics after witnesses said they saw a teenage boy attacked by a group of three people.

It was reported that one of the teenagers had a knife, and the victim had his bike and mobile phone stolen.

Three teenagers have been arrested following this incident. A 14-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent and a 15-year-old boy and a 13-year-old boy were arrested on suspicion of robbery. All three remain in police custody.

Police are asking anyone who witnessed the incident or those who may have information which could help the investigation to call 101 and quote reference 5224033682.
