So, what can you expect from the brand new two-day music festival? First up, on 29 July (the Friday of the festival), Groove Armada will take to Lloyd’s Amphitheatre as part of their final live UK tour to celebrate the 25th anniversary of their first musical debut.

This summer will be 25 years since Groove Armada debuted, going on to become one of the most successful dance acts of the time. Bristol crowds can expect the full experience, from dancehall dub of ‘Superstylin’’ to ‘Song 4 Mutya (Out of Control)’ and ‘I See You Baby’.

They will be supported by Huey Morgan, the former frontman of American rock/hip hop band Fun Lovin’ Criminals.

In terms of the other musical appearances that you can expect, with Bristol being famous for its legendary jungle DnB music scene, Hybrid Minds will headline the main stage on Saturday evening, followed by High Contrast’s 20-year anniversary set, with drum and bass tunes set to become the beating heart of Bristol.

These names will also be joined by a slew of artists well known throughout the industry, including the likes of Born on Road co-founders Aries and Kelvin 373, Gray and A Little Sound, and legendary Bristol MCs Carasel and Jakes.

But, Siren Festival is aiming to make a name for itself with its hospitality offerings to really highlight how brilliant Bristol is for combining a stellar music scene with an incredible hospitality and food scene, too.

Naturally, because of this, the unique musical event series will allow visitors to also expect to indulge in a full range of diverse food and drinks throughout the weekend which prioritise super taste and an array of options.

Bedminster’s own Bristol Beer Factory will be supplying their local specialities and fan favourite craft beers, including Badlands, Infinity and Independence as well as their classic North Street Cider.

Although there will be a lot of local food to sample and get stuck into, and the festival will do well to celebrate the diversity and brilliance of Bristol’s own food scene, there will also be incredible offerings from all over the UK.

In a rare move for a local music festival, food suppliers from all over the country will be heading down to Bristol to spread their love for their tasty specialities.

What kind of food can you look forward to? Beetbox will be dishing out the very best vegan fuel, including falafel buddha bowls and hearty lentil curries, as well as ethically sourced coffee.

For all the spice-lovers, Spice Is Right will be offering their famous chicken tikka featured by the Hairy Bikers, and proper dhesi homemade dishes, including vegetarian and vegan options.

If attendees fancy some classic music event grub, Burger Bear’s juicy dirty burgers and fries will do more than just the job as well. Essentially, the food offerings will make sure everyone is more than catered for.

Tom Hoyle, Co-Founder of Siren, said: “We are so thrilled to be supporting a vast selection of food and drink providers from the get-go of our brand new music event series.

“Bristol is a city quite literally thrumming with life, with an eclectic hospitality and music scene. That’s why it’s so important to us to celebrate the launch of Siren with a selection of food and drink providers that we think are the very best.”
