Second arrest made following three sexual assaults at Bradley Stoke nature reserve

A second man has been arrested by officers investigating three sexual offences committed at a nature reserve in Bradley Stoke.

A 36-year-old man was arrested at around 1pm yesterday (September 9) in connection with the offences which occurred at the Three Brooks Nature Reserve.

The man remains in police custody and will be questioned by officers.

Another 36-year-old man who was arrested last week in connection with this investigation remains on police bail with conditions not to enter the nature reserve.

The first incident was at Three Brooks Nature Reserve on August 4 at 8.30pm, when a woman was seriously sexually assaulted by a man while out walking.

Avon and Somerset Police then linked the offence with two others which took place in an eight day period.

The first taking place at the nature reserve on August 23, between 3.10pm and 5.10pm, where a woman was sexually assaulted by being touched inappropriately.

The second was in Savages Wood on September 1, just after 6pm, where a woman in her 40s was pushed over by a man and sexually assaulted.
