The restaurant group only uses premium cuts of meat, fresh locally sourced vegetables, signature sauces made daily in each location and hand-made bread in GDK’s signature toasted waffle pattern.

Orders are prepared in open-style kitchens, to allow customers to ‘experience the freshness first-hand’.

Simon Wallis, GDK CEO, said: “I am thrilled to officially announce plans to bring the unique GDK taste sensation to Cabot Circus.

“GDK is revolutionising kebabs across the UK and I am confident we will continue this trend in Bristol. GDK offers a premium dining experience with game-changing kebabs that are made fresh daily by our hard-working team powered by our fantastic franchise partners.

“We pride ourselves in ensuring that kebabs are done right and served in a modern and relaxed environment, making it a unique restaurant experience for all new members of the ever-growing GDK community”.

Lisa Jones, destination director at Cabot Circus, added: “This year we are really upping the ante with high-profile new brands, cool restaurants and experiential concepts to diversify our offering and drive customer engagement.

German Doner Kebab is just the type of exciting brand with a social media presence that will resonate with our customers, particularly our younger demographic, so we look forward to welcoming them at Cabot Circus.”

The opening of GDK Bristol, which has a capacity for 42 with a 1550 sq ft site, marks the brand’s 138th franchised location across the UK.
