Popular park near Bristol named among top 10 outdoor attractions for kids

A popular park near Bristol has been named among the best 10 outdoor attractions to take your kids to in the UK.       

Avon Valley Adventure & Wildlife Park has placed seventh on the list by playground surfacing company, Soft Surfaces.  

The company described the park, which has a rating of four on TripAdvisor, as “packed with excitement for families”.      

“From high-flying zip lines to animal encounters with meerkats and wallabies, there's no shortage of thrills here,” it said.  

“With indoor and outdoor play areas, as well as seasonal events like pumpkin festivals and Christmas experiences, it's a year-round destination for adventure seekers.”

To put together the list, Soft Surfaces took the outdoor attractions, number of reviews and rating data from TripAdvisor.  

After collecting the data, it then made a combined score based on the number of reviews and ratings, according to which it gave all the outdoor places a ranking.
