It’s the latest development for Season + Taste, the local group founded by Kieran & Imogen Waite, who also run Bravas, Gambas and Cargo Cantina in Bristol.
The new private dining room is aimed at large groups of friends for special occasions and also corporate hospitality.
General Manager Ander Mendive Barcos has curated wine pairings which guests can enjoy alongside their meal.

“With an open kitchen, marble bar, and shelves lined with amazing wines, it is the perfect place to enjoy the harbourside sunset; or draw the thick curtains and create the ultimate private space.”
The space can also be used to host standing receptions for larger groups, with a pintxos menu available for these occasions.
