The nominations deadline for an awards ceremony hosted by Bristol TV star Josie Gibson are set to close soon.

This Morning presenter Josie Gibson, 40, is preparing to host The Stars of Social Care Awards for the third year running.

The Yates born TV persoanlity, who rose to fame on Big Brother back in 2010, took to her Instagram story today to remind people to nominate before it’s too late.

What are The Stars of Social Care Awards?

The Stars of Social Care Awards are a duo of annual events for the home care and care home sector.

Both events are hosted by Josie Gibson and will take place across two nights at London Marriott Hotel Regents Park.

The events, which feature 23 award catgoeries each, are:

  • The Stars of Social Care Awards, Home Care on Friday, June 20 2025
  • The Stars of Social Care Awards, Care Home on Saturday, June 21 2025

When do nominations close?

The closing date for nominations 30th April 2025

How do I nominate?

You can nominate now online here.

There is no cost to enter and all nominees will be entered into a prize draw for a holiday for two.

How are the winners chosen?

Once shortlisted, finalists’ nominations will go through to an independent panel of judges: these experts in social care will then chose the category winners.

Winners will be announced on the night.

In a video shared to Youtube, the mum of one said: “I am absolutely over the moon because I’m going to be hosting The Stars of Social Care Awards for the third year in a row.

“So if you know anybody that is making a huge difference in social care, you think, you know, ‘you’ve gone the extra mile’, you want to show them the recognition they truly deserve, get your nominations in now and come and join us for one of the best nights ever.

“I will see you on the dancefloor.”
