It will be the second site for Cappadocia, which opened its original location in Bath in 2019.

“There is no Turkish-Mediterranean restaurant in Bristol which is such a big city, so I saw it as an opportunity,” Cappadocia owner Mehmet Tunc told BristolWord.

“People only know Turkish kebab shops but they are not providing proper food,” he added.

Cappadocia’s menu includes Turkish favourites such as kofte, lamb or chicken shish, kebabs, falafel, alongside seafood specials and a choice of cocktails.
