The nursery, which takes children from 3 months to 5 years of age, is part of the new Ladden Garden Village development.

Kim Herbert, managing director for Happy Days, said: "We are thrilled to finally open our doors and welcome the Yate community to our new, state-of-the-art nursery.

"This space is designed to nurture and inspire young minds, and we are confident that children will thrive here."

Yates Town Council deputy mayor, Ben Nutland, who cut the opening ribbon, added: “The nursery is truly impressive, from the stimulating learning spaces to the beautiful outdoor area.
