New "luxury food emporium" to open in Bristol this summer

A new deli is set to open at the former Mr Swanton’s barber in Clifton this summer.

Root & Ember will open on Bruton Place, just off Park Place, and promises to be a "luxury food emporium" and "a new delicatessen experience to the area."

On their website, they shared: "This luxury food emporium is dedicated to provenance and sustainability, offering a unique blend of gourmet cured and smoked foods, along with local produce and artisanal pantry supplies.
