A new ‘one-stop shop for all things interiors and fabric-related’ has opened in Bristol. 

Remnant & Roll has opened on Coldharbour Road in Redland, selling ready-made cushions and lampshades as well as remnants and roll-end.

Owner Kirsti Powell said the products are all ‘affordably-priced and saving surplus manufacturing fabrics from the bin or landfill’.  

She added: “We create footstools, headboards and other furniture to order and we reupholster your old faithfuls or heirlooms to bring them up to date, or just give them a whole new look.

"There’s new fabrics available too, so the choices are endless!”

The shop has opened in partnership with Sofa Magic, which is also on Coldharbour Road and has been making sofas, curtains and reupholstery furniture for the last 30 years.   

Remnant & Roll is open 10am-5pm, Monday-Saturday with the team also available for evening appointments and day-time home visits.
