A new Beefeater restaurant is set to open in north Bristol this spring.

The steak restaurant will open alongside a new Premier Inn hotel as part of the new mixed-use development on Fox Den Road in the Stoke Gifford area of the city, close to Parkway station.

The development by Baylis Estates Ltd, joint owners of The Mall, will also see a new Aldi supermarket and Costa drive-through.

Gary Poulton, project and programme manager for Whitbread, the parent company to Beefeater and Premier Inn, said: “We are bringing a latest format Premier Inn hotel together with a Beefeater restaurant to the new mixed-use development on Great Stoke Way.

“The location benefits from its excellent proximity to a variety of businesses, educational institutions, local attractions, and residential areas, making it an ideal choice for visitors seeking convenience and accessibility on the outskirts of Bristol.”

The five-storey, 103-bedroom hotel will become the ninth Premier Inn across the city.

The hotel and restaurant is set to open in May, with Whitbread currently recruiting for the new site.
