Huge star to perform surprise Cabot Circus gig today - but you need to be quick

Rapper Dizzee Rascal will be delighting fans with a surprise performance in the centre of Bristol today. 

The award-winning grime artist is set to perform at Cabot Circus this lunchtime (February 15).

Best known for his hit singles Bonkers, Holiday, Dance Wiv Me, Dirtee Disco and Shout, Dizzee earned the Mercury Prize for his debut album Boy in da Corner in 2003.

Now, 20 years on, he’s back with a new album called Don’t Take It Personal.

One of the UK’s most prominent artists during the noughties with hits like Bassline Junkie and Fix Up, Look Sharp, the iconic MC/Producer is back on the road touring his brand new album Don’t Take It Personal. 

Launching his new album with single How Did I Get So Calm, the British rapper brings his signature sound to Cabot Circus, performing under the glass dome roof at 12pm.

Dizzee appeared in Birmingham's Bullring shopping centre yesterday and drew hundreds of people so a similarly large crowd is expected today.
