Bristol boxing fans who can’t make the journey to Saudi Arabia on Saturday night for the heavyweight championship fight between Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk can still get a ringside seat in a city centre pub.
The Old Fish Market in Baldwin Street is taking bookings for tables from 6pm through to closing time so customers can enjoy the long-awaited Fury fight.

What time is the fight on?
Tables can be booked from 6pm onwards, although the fight itself doesn’t start properly until 11pm.
And it’s not just the Fury fight. The Old Fish Market is also taking table bookings for Euro 2024 games.
Owned by London brewers Fuller’s The Old Fish Market has long been one of the best places to watch live sport in the city centre.

But like most city centre pubs, it’s not the cheapest option around. When I visited this week, my pint of Cornish-brewed Verdant Penpol ale was an eye-watering £6.10 a pint.
In a pub gearing up for the biggest fight of the year, that was certainly a killer blow to the wallet.
