FORWARDS 2024 reveals first acts coming to Bristol festival

FORWARDS 2024 festival returns to The Downs in Bristol for a third year on August 31 and September 1 and the first acts have been revealed.

The first wave of acts confirmed for the festival include British rapper Loyle Carner as the Saturday night headliner alongside Four Tet.

On the Sunday, dance-punk veterans LCD Soundsystem will headline alongside Jessie Ware.

The two-day festival will also see performances from Maribou State, Floating Points, Romy, Greentea Peng, Yussef Dayes, Yard Act, Baxter Dury, CMAT, Nubya Garcia, Hak Baker, MCRY, Jersey, Crazy P, Holysseus Fly and Da Funchaman & The Fire Blaze Band.  

The full line-ups for each day are still to be announced, with tickets due to go on presale at 10am today (Thursday 29 February), and on general sale from 10am on Friday 1 March.

Early bird day admission starts at £55 with weekend tickets available from £99.50. Concessions are available for children aged 5-15, local residents and low income individuals. As in 2023, FORWARDS will offer discounted NHS tickets to those that work there.
