New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Bristol’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Bristol’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Southmead Kebab House, at 333 Southmead Road, Southmead, Bristol was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on May 19.

And Grill & Pizza Express, at 292 Charlton Road, Brentry, Bristol was given a score of three on June 6.

It means that of Bristol's 413 takeaways with ratings, 250 (61%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
