New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Bristol’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Q&N Piri Piri, at 46 Staple Hill Road, Fishponds, Bristol was handed a five-out-of-five rating after assessment on February 16.

And The Codfather, at 14 West Town Lane, Brislington, Bristol was given a score of four on February 22.

It means that of Bristol's 379 takeaways with ratings, 219 (58%) have ratings of five and just five have zero ratings.
