Chilli Daddy, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 45-47 Baldwin Street, City Centre, Bristol was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on January 28.
And Subway, a takeaway at 29 Gloucester Road, Bishopston, Bristol was given a score of five on September 29.
