Quay Street Diner, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 2 Quay Street, City Centre, Bristol was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on March 30.
And Caspian Fish Bar, a takeaway at 68a Leinster Avenue, Knowle, Bristol was also given a score of four on April 13.
