Nook, at 24 North Street, Bedminster, Bristol was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on March 2.

It means that of Bristol's 1,122 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 837 (75%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
