First look at Bristol's Wake The Tiger as it reopens after expansion

The 'amazement park' has an additional 15 new spaces to explore

Bristol attraction Wake The Tiger has reopened today (February 2) with an 'out-of-this-world’ expansion.

The new 'OUTERverse' area has added an extra 1,000 sqm of walk-though fantasy to the current experience on Albert Road in St Philip’s.

There are 15 new spaces to explore, which will take visitors on a ‘limit-pushing voyage where adventure is not just a destination, but a state of mind’.

New areas include a segment from an actual plane, a cosmic kitchen and various nostalgic childhood toys.

Graham MacVoy, mnaging director at Wake The Tiger, said: “We’re so proud of what we have achieved over the past 18 months, and this expansion is a natural progression for us here at Wake The Tiger.

"Developing this second stage has been a wonderful process. Words can’t describe what to expect, so Bristol is just going to have to come and see it for themselves.”

Since opening in July 2022, more than 300,000 have visited Wake The Tiger. For tickets, visit www.wakethetiger.com
