The family of missing man Richard Locker (53) have made a fresh appeal for information, nearly 11 months after he disappeared.

A family spokesman said: "It has now been almost 11 whole months since our Rich went missing, yet we are still clueless as to where he went to that night. We really feel as though he was failed by so many, he expressed how he was feeling so many times yet he was still turned away.

"We have absolutely no update whatsoever so I don’t even know what to say anymore other than we miss and love him so much and just wish he would come home. Our mum needs him more than ever right now Please if you do know any information regarding Richard or his whereabouts, or anything you might think will help us in our search, then please do come forward, we are so unbelievably desperate and broken.

"It’s festival season and anyone who knew Rich knew how much he loved a festival, especially the VW ones.. so if there are any groups on social media for absolutely any festivals please re-post this on there.

"Can I please ask EVERYONE to share this far and wide and don’t stop sharing - we are hoping to get Richard on the news again to remind people to keep an eye out for him, so if anyone knows of any ways to help please message me: [email protected]."

Richard Locker was last seen on January 5 on CCTV on Mill Lane, Torquay, Devon after heading to Torquay police station. He was wearing a beige jacket with a navy fleece underneath, navy cargo bottoms and brown boots. Richard is roughly 5”8, and could now be sporting facial hair.
