Fallen tree in Sturminster Road in Stockwood causes traffic disruption

A fallen tree caused traffic disruption on a busy route in Stockwood this morning (June 6).

The tree blocked Sturminster Road, near West Town Lane, after coming down last night.

Buses were diverted past Horseworld and onto Wells Road, according to members of the Stockwood community Facebook group.

This also impacted buses running from Craydon Road.

This morning, at 10.30am, the tree was cleared from the road and traffic was running freely again.
