Everywhere you can catch Santa’s Christmas float in Bristol this year

The countdown to Christmas has officially begun, with the Bristol Christmas Market launched in Broadmead.
And through December, children and families will be able to see Santa Claus up close and personal, as he passes through the city’s streets on a festive float.

Hide AdThere are two floats which come through Bristol - the Original Santa Float (raising funds for Wallace & Gromit's Grand Appeal and Time is Precious) and Santa’s Christmas float 2023 (raising funds for Suicide Prevention Bristol).
While this year’s floats are yet to be unveiled, they are are set to feature flashing lights, smoke and, of course, snow.
Santa’s Christmas float has already revealed when and where it will be appearing this year:
December 2: Corsham/Box/Bathford/Batheaston/Lower Swainswick
December 4: Knowle
December 5: Chippenham
December 6: Lyde Green/Emersons Green
December 7: Whitchurch
December 9: Longwell Green/Barrs Court/Cadbury Heath/Oldland Common
December 10: Hartcliffe
December 12: Keynsham
December 14: Bath Route 2
December 15: Bedminster Down/Withywood/Bishopsworth/Headley Park
December 16: Brislington
December 17: Stockwood
December 19: Kingswood
December 20: Bath Route 1 Foxhill/Odd Down/Southdown/Twerton
The route maps for the float are being revealed on its Facebook page, with additional locations yet to be announced for the dates of December 8, 11, 13, and 18.
