Those going about their business around Bristol’s floating harbour this morning (Thursday, October 21) got a shock when an HGV plunged into the freezing water in front of them.
The incident happened shortly after 7am this morning and involved an Artic lorry carrying costumes from The Outlaws, a new BBC series set in Bristol.
