Police and forensic teams have been pictured at a murder investigation as detectives try to piece together the circumstances leading up to the death of a woman who fell from a huge block of flats in Easton.
It is believed the woman fell from the 13th floor of the 16-storey block, named Lansdowne Court, at around 12.30am this morning (Tuesday, April 19).
The woman, who neighbours say was in her early 20s and a ‘lovely, smart girl’ , sadly couldn’t be saved.
A 43-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of her murder.

There is a high police presence in Easton today after a woman fell from the 13th floor of a high-rise block of flats in Lansdowne Court.

The woman was pronounced dead at the scene, despite best efforts by paramedics to save her.

A 43-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of the woman’s murder.
4. A ‘SMART, LOVELY GIRL'
Police say the two people knew each other. A neighbour said the victim was aged 23 or 24 and was ‘a smart and lovely girl’ from Wales.
