Police have named a man who died in a street fight in south Bristol as a murder investigation into his death continues.

A forensic post-mortem examination confirmed that the 32-year-old, who was from London, died from multiple stab wounds after being found injured on Runnymead Avenue.

A spokesperson for Avon and Somerset Police said that Mr Lleshi’s family were being supported by specialist family liaison officers.

Six people have now been charged in connection with Mr Lleshi’s death, which is being investigated by the force’s Major Crime Investigation Team.

Today (Wednesday, June 1) two people are due to appear at Bristol Magistrates’ Court today after being charged with violent disorder.

Four men appeared at Bristol Magistrates’ Court on Saturday (28 May) after also being charged with violent disorder.

They were remanded in custody to next appear at Bristol Crown Court on Monday 27 June.

Two people remain remain on bail after being arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.
