If you’re searching with a restricted budget in Bristol then your best bet is to look south of the River Avon for a home. Using data provided by the Office of National Statistics (ONS), BristolWorld has pulled together the median property prices for every neighbourhood in Bristol - with almost all of the cheapest 10 options located in the south of the city.
The median property price for the cheapest neighbourhood, Hartcliffe, will set you back £225,000 according to the ONS’ June 2022 figures. This is more than £400,000 less than the median price for Bristol’s most expensive area, Henleaze.
