Eight single-person pod homes for the homeless could be built on a car park near St George Park. Known as SoloHauses, the pods  would be lived in by homeless people in the city for up to three years before they find permanent accommodation.

The last ever Ramshackle will take place at the end of the month after 20 years of the legendary club night in Bristol. The o2 academy’s go to event for a Friday night is coming to an end with many clubbers sharing their sadness at the announcement on social media.

And finally, Bristol Dogs Home are urging people to remember that a dog is for life, not just lockdown. Christmas, combined with the pandemic, has seen the charity take in more 1-2 and a half year old animals than usual. Here are just some of the beautiful pooches looking for their forever home.
