We look inside the abandoned Bristol war room and bunker in Brislington set to go under the hammer

A grade II listed war room and bunker is set to go up for auction.

The two-storey complex on Flowers Hill in Brislington has been listed for a guide price of £50,000 to £100,000 with estate agents Hollis Morgan.

It is on the edge of a former Department for Work and Pensions site where 160 new homes are currently being built.

Built in 1953, the war room was designed to withstand an atomic bomb and has been untouched for years.

It now has planning consent for a variety of uses, including storage and distribution; commercial, business and service uses; and local community and learning.

The live auction for the property will take place on Wednesday, April 23 at 5.30pm. To register, visit the Hollis Morgan auction website.

Otherwise, take a look inside the property…
