It’s been a pretty unsettled few days weather wise in Bristol recently and although the weather will remain this way, there should be some sun around between some heavy rain showers.

The Met Office has issued a yellow warning for rain in Bristol which will run from 9pm tonight until 9am tomorrow.

The warning has included that buses and train services will “probably be affected”.

Heavy showers this morning will make way for a drier and brighter afternoon, with highs of 13°C.

However, a wet evening is on the cards as the warning comes into place. Showers at first will become heavier in places later, before easing in the west later. There will be a minimum temperature of 7 °C.

Any overnight rain will quickly clear to the east during the morning, leaving behind a day of sunshine and a few showers, mainly in the west.

Winds will also ease, but make sure to wrap up warm as the day will remain cold. The maximum temperature on Saturday should reach 14°C.

Saturday night should be dry and will be chilly with few clouds around.

This will change by the morning of Halloween, however, with the Met Office forecasting a 90% chance of heavy rain through to midday.

The rain will get lighter in the afternoon and there should be more sunshine around to bring half term to a close.

The start of the new week will stay unsettled, with further rain, heavy at times, interspersed with some drier and sunnier spells. It will be often windy, and feeling cold.
