Carribbeanfix, a takeaway at 365 Fishponds Road, Eastville, Bristol was given the score after assessment on August 30, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Bristol's 405 takeaways with ratings, 245 (60%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
