A Bristol takeaway has been handed a new one-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

The Codfather, a takeaway at 14 West Town Lane, Brislington, Bristol was given the score after assessment on December 6, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Bristol's 379 takeaways with ratings, 218 (58%) have ratings of five and just five have zero ratings.
