Bristol road closures: nine for motorists to avoid over the next fortnight
Bristol's motorists will have nine road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.
And one of them is expected to cause moderate delays – with drivers facing a wait of between 10 and 30 minutes.

Hide AdThe latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that nine closures are due to start over the next two weeks:
• M5, from 9pm January 29 to 6am February 2, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5 southbound, junction 18 to 19 - lane closures for structure maintenance.
• M5, from 9pm January 29 to 6am February 2, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5 northbound, junction 19 to 18 lane closures for structure maintenance.
• M32, from 9pm February 2 to 6am February 3, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M32 northbound, junction 1 exit slip road lane closure for horticultural works.

• M4, from 8pm February 12 to 6am February 17, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M4 eastbound, junction 20 entry slip road from M5 southbound, junction 15 closed for SMART motorway improvements, diversion via M4 westbound, exit, junction 22 return to M4 to junction 20.
• M5, from 9pm February 12 to 6am February 16, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5 northbound, junction 19 to 18 lane closures for structure maintenance.
