Comrie's Caribbean Cuisine, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 124 Grosvenor Road, St Pauls, Bristol was given the minimum score after assessment on December 20, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Bristol's 1,111 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 826 (74%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
