Kin, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 14 Sandy Park Road, Brislington, Bristol was given the score after assessment on November 14, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Bristol's 1,117 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 839 (75%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
