Noah's, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 1 Brunel Lock Road, Hotwells, Bristol was given the score after assessment on August 15, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Bristol's 1,119 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 840 (75%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
