Emery Kitchen, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Cafe, 12 Emery Road, Brislington, Bristol was given the score after assessment on March 6, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Bristol's 1,123 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 837 (75%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
