Butlers, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Unit Fc03 The Galleries, Broadmead, City Centre, Bristol was given the score after assessment on October 12, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Bristol's 1,115 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 837 (75%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
