Cafe Revival, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 56 Corn Street, City Centre, Bristol was given the score after assessment on May 10, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Bristol's 1,118 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 833 (75%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
