Olivio, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at The Galleries Food Court Level 2, Broadmead, City Centre, Bristol was given the score after assessment on November 16, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Bristol's 991 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 737 (74%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
