Southside Bar and Kitchen, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 172a Wells Road, Totterdown, Bristol was given the score after assessment on June 15, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Bristol's 1,095 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 806 (74%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
