Jozi, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 3 Worrall Road, Clifton, Bristol was given the maximum score after assessment on January 6, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Bristol's 1,127 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 840 (75%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
