A former pub in Bristol which is set to go up for auction could see its upper floors converted into two five-bedroom HMOs (homes of multiple occupation).
The premises on East Street in Bedminster has been listed for a guide price of £600,000, with ‘excellent scope for redevelopment’.

Hide AdThe building was most recently sports bar and nightclub Cheekies before closing in early 2023, and before that was known as the Assembly, Fussell’s, and Nelson respectively.
