New 'live baking experience' venue with bar could open in former shop on busy Bristol shopping street
A new ‘live baking experience’ venue with a bar could open on a shopping street in South Bristol.
Bake It! Bristol wants to open at 127 East Street in Bedminster, in what was most recently East Street Emporium until its closure on Christmas Eve last year.
The venue would consist of a bar/waiting area, a baking area with 12 baking stations, and a washing-up area.
The alcohol-serving bar would only be open to those booked onto the 90-minute baking experience.
Bake It! Bristol‘s opening hours would be be 5pm to 10pm from Monday to Wednesday and 11am to 10pm on Saturday and Sunday.
