A small Indian restaurant in St Werburgh’s has beaten the city’s Michelin-starred venues to win the title of ‘best restaurant in Bristol’.
Namak on Mina Road won the award at the British Restaurant Awards, which saw more than a million members of the public voting across all categories in one of the biggest awards in the hospitality industry.

The dishes at Namak on Mina Road are inspired from across many regions of India and has become a firm local favourite with St Werburgh’s residents.

Namak won the same award last year despite only being open for seven months before the voting.
