Bristol Chinese medical practice opens in new location

A Chinese medical practice in Bristol specialising in acupuncture and herbs has opened in a new location.       

Dr & AcuHerbs has relocated from the Galleries to the Arcade due to the planned redevelopment of the former site.

The practice, which opened in Staple Hill in 2005 before moving to the Galleries in 2010, offers Traditional Chinese Medicine.  

According to Dr & AcuHerbs, this is not seen as an alternative form of therapy, but is used in state hospitals alongside modern medicine in China.   

The practice uses acupuncture or herbs, or a combination of both, in treatment.

Announcing the practice’s arrival, the Arcade wrote on social media: “Say hello to Dr & Acuherbs! The newest addition to the Arcade has your health in mind.    

“WIth 25+ years of experience, Dr & Acuherbs offer traditional Chinese and modern medicine - and treatments including cupping and acupuncture!”
