A charity shop in Bristol has relocated with its previous premises put on the market.

The former home of the PDSA charity shop, on Regent Street in Kingswood, has been listed for sale for £350,000 by estate agents Burston Cook.

The building includes a first floor flat alongside the ground floor shop.

The PDSA, which ran a charity shop at the 44 Regent Street site for around a decade, has already relocated the store a few doors down the road to 39 Regent Street.

A PDSA spokeswoman gave a number of potential reasons for the relocation when asked by BristolWorld.

She said: “We relocate some of our charity shops for a range of reasons, it could be our contract is up, and we have found more suitable premises elsewhere, or a new location has better accessibility, and more, or less size and space for our shop needs.”
