Bristol Airport looking to fill more than 100 vacancies at upcoming Jobs Fair

More than 100 jobs are up for grabs as Bristol Airport confirms it will hold its first Jobs Fair of 2023, next month.

The Airport will be teaming up with other employers based across the site for an event on March 21 giving prospective candidates the chance to find out more about the permanent roles available including customer service, hospitality, retail, airline handling and security. The fair will also give details on seasonal roles ideal for students or job seekers looking for a temporary contract.

The airport’s people director, Debbie Hartshorn expects the upcoming summer to be one of the busiest ever as passengers look to jet away in the sun. “We are anticipating one of our busiest ever Summer seasons this year after the Airport experienced a huge increase in passenger numbers over the past 12 months,” she said.

“In preparation, we will be hosting a Jobs Fair next month fair to showcase a wide range of employers, shift patterns and interesting roles to suit people with different skills and experiences.

“This is an exciting time to be working at Bristol Airport as we will be welcoming new airlines and destinations to the Airport this year. Our teams need a good blend of those starting out in their working career and those with more life experience. More than 50 employers are based within the airport and will be represented at the fair. Free parking will be available and subsidised travel on the Flyer buses from Bristol City Centre.
